Astutus Research is a trading name of Intelligentsa Ltd.(“The Company”), registered in England with the company number 9199076 and registered office at Kintyre House, 70 High Street, Fareham, Hampshire, EnglandPO16 7BB.
“We”, “us” or “our” or “Astutus Research” refers to The Company. “You”, “your” or “the subscriber” refers to the person who, or on whose behalf, an Order is placed, including your legal successors and permitted assigns.
Astutus Research provides products and services subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Any purchase from Astutus Research automatically constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which forma legally binding agreement between us (“Agreement”). We assume that any person who places an Order on your behalf can bind you legally.
All products (including reports, data, and other information, “Product”) are covered by copyright law, and are for the use of the subscriber alone. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for the term of this Agreement only. Such license terminates upon termination, for whatever reason, or non-renewal of the Agreement. The legal and beneficial interest in all copyrights, trademarks, database rights, proprietary information rights and all other proprietary rights as may exist anywhere in the world together with applications associated with any such rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) relating to the Product belong to us. You obtain no ownership rights in the Product or any of the Intellectual Property Rights pursuant to or arising out of this Agreement.
You shall ensure the Product is used in compliance with the terms of the Agreement. You further warrant that you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not knowingly use the Product for any improper or unlawful purposes. The license permits an Authorised User to use the product solely for internal use and distribution as follows: to view, retrieve and display content; to electronically save content only to the extent and for the time period necessary to use it for the purpose for which it was downloaded, but in no event longer than the term; to distribute to employees, selections of the content with the source clearly identified, subject to the time limitations of the contract. You may not disseminate the publication beyond your designated office(s) as described in your agreement. You warrant that you shall only use the Product for your business purposes in accordance with this agreement and shall not, without our prior written consent, make available, copy, reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, license, distribute, publish, broadcast or otherwise circulate the Product (or any part of it) to any person other than an Authorised User and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
While Astutus Research has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the data, estimates and forecasts contained in our Products, we give no warranty of any kind concerning them. Findings, conclusions and recommendations in the Product are based on information gathered in good faith from both primary and secondary sources, whose accuracy we are not always in a position to guarantee. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or that it will be complete, error free or delivered without interruption. As such, we can accept no liability whatsoever for actions taken based on any information that may subsequently prove to be incorrect. Any decisions based on our Product (including those involving investment and planning)are at the user’s own risk. Astutus Research expressly disclaims any liability regarding use of information, analysis and forecasts contained in our product. This clause shall survive termination of the Agreement.
No investment advice of any kind is being provided by Astutus Research to the subscriber. Any investment decisions by the subscriber will be made solely on the basis of the subscriber’s own evaluation of financial circumstances and investment objectives and not on the basis of any information given via our Product.
